Cancellation Policy
During Covid 19 lockdown we offered full refunds to affected bookings where travel bans meant we could not accommodate guests. In the event of further lockdown this policy would continue.
In all other circumstances we will only refund where the cancelled dates are re-let, less any costs of reletting, or late availability discounts given in order to relet the cancelled dates.
If the booked dates are not relet we will however refund any costs which we will not incur due to your cancellation, i.e. the cleaning costs and unused utility costs.
We strongly recommend that guests obtain holiday/travel insurance to cover the eventuality of having to cancel their booking.
